Golf Club Statistics Manager

We have the tools necessary for your Club to extract data from your current Club Management software and Tee Time Management software. These allow you to build and maintain a database of key statistics.

Once a dataset is displayed with just one click you can:

• change the display from a pie chart to bar chart or table of statistics.
• Restrict data from 'All' to a type of Member, to Gender, by time period, etc.

Demographic Data

• Membership by Group of Categories, such as Active, Social, etc.
• Membership by all Categories
• Age by year
• Age by generation, e.g. < 35, 50 - 65, etc.
• Gender
• Years of Membership

Membership Movement Data

• Yearly totals of new applications and terminations by membership category
• Average yearly transfers into and out of a membership category.
• Track how many move from Junior to Intermediate to Active, etc.

Rounds of Golf Played

• Average number of rounds by day, month, year
• How many rounds a week or year does the average member play by membership category
• What is the average utilization of the first tee by day of the week, month, year, etc.
